Meet our flock!

Our flock is primarily composed of registered Finnsheep, as well as one dairy ewe. Finnsheep are a heritage breed, known for their docile personalities, beautiful wool, and prolificacy in birthing multiples. They are great for meat because they bring a much milder lamb flavor to the table. Being a slightly smaller breed, Finnsheep are
the perfect addition to any homestead or farm.

Astrid holds a very special place in our hearts. Only 36 hours after she was born, her mother tragically passed away from birthing complications. She and her sister were bottle raised, and she’ll be continuing her mom’s legacy here on our farm.

Fran is our beautifully colored 50% East Friesian / 50% Icelandic dairy ewe with giant cow-sized teats. She’s a big lady next to our finns but extremely calm and gentle, and the only flock member who willing walk on a lead.
